Narumi's specialty drink, HIRE-ZAKE(Broiled Fugu fins soaked Hot Sake) is a must in fugu season.

Fugu Licensed chef/owner, Mizuochi has been serving scores of Narumi fans for forty years in Shibuya
without any accident.
The chef scans prime wild tora(tiger) fugu at famous TUKIJI Fish Market every weekday morning, and cleans fugu
in the law specified process with his exquisite hands.
The process is almost like surgery: Precise incision, removal of inwards, etc. 
The fact that there are several large hospital doctors among Narumi fans would be your relief.

Fugu dishes are all low in calories and rich in protein. And, taurine is the base of the taste. 
Specifically, fugu jelly, skin and chiri nabe(pot) have a lot of collagen for skin and joint nutrition.
